Framing the project
Activity, market, catchment area, break-even point. We build the financial model with you and tell you plainly if the numbers do not hold — before you sign anything.
Dubai · Management Consultancy
Turnkey company formation and launch support for founders — in Europe, the Emirates, or wherever your market is. We take care of every step, and we stay after the opening.
Turnkey launch
First-time founders rarely fail on the idea. They fail on the fifty steps between the idea and the open door. We have walked those steps for restaurants, security firms and holding companies — in Europe, the Emirates and beyond — and we walk them with you, in order, until the doors open and long after.
Activity, market, catchment area, break-even point. We build the financial model with you and tell you plainly if the numbers do not hold — before you sign anything.
France, the wider EU, the Emirates or elsewhere — the jurisdiction follows your clients, not a brochure. Legal form, shareholding, partner agreements and capital, drafted and filed.
Registration, articles, registered office, bank account, insurance, licences and sector approvals. You sign; we run the file from start to finish, in any industry.
Written specifications for the fit-out, floor plans, service flows, equipment schedules and supplier quotations. Your contractors work from a document, not a conversation.
Public-access and fire clearance, food-safety plan, HACCP, workplace risk assessment, mandatory postings. The inspection file is ready before the inspector is.
Job descriptions, applicable collective agreement, employment contracts, pre-hire declarations, onboarding and training. From the first candidate to the first payslip.
Supplier accounts, POS and order screens, opening stock, team drills, soft launch. We are on site for the first days, not on the phone.
This is where most support stops and ours does not. Dedicated apps keep your hygiene, safety and environment records daily and audit-proof, and we hand the accounts over to your chartered accountant with the file already clean.
What we do
From the licence application to the annual tax filing, every step is executed in-house and documented for your auditors and your home tax authority. Take the whole package or a single piece of it.
In France, across the EU, in the Emirates or further afield — mainland or free zone, whichever your real activity and clients call for. Filing, articles, premises, sector approvals.
Corporate account opening, KYC file preparation, and a payment flow that European clients can pay into without friction or compliance flags.
Investor and Golden Visa routes, day-count planning, and the physical substance that makes UAE residency hold up under scrutiny.
Holding design between France and the UAE, treaty analysis, CFC and exit-tax exposure mapped before you commit — not after.
Bookkeeping, VAT registration and returns, 9% corporate tax filing, economic substance reporting and audit-ready records.
Recruitment, the right collective agreement, contracts, pre-hire filings, payroll set-up and disciplinary procedure — the employer side handled properly from day one.
Hygiene, safety and environment tracked in a purpose-built app: daily checks, temperature logs, incident reports and training records, exportable the day an inspector asks.
Licence renewals, amendments, employee visas, WPS payroll and government liaison — the running work that keeps a company clean.
Sectors
We are operators before we are advisers. These are the industries we have built and run companies in.
The firm
GlobalGate Management Consultancy L.L.C. is a Dubai-licensed advisory firm serving European entrepreneurs who want a real presence in the Emirates — not a shell that collapses at the first tax review.
Our founder operates companies in security services, food service, real estate and consulting across France and North Africa. That means we know what a payroll deadline, a supplier dispute or an URSSAF audit actually feels like, and we structure accordingly.
Founders have already trusted us with their first restaurant — the kind of project where a missed permit or a badly drafted contract costs an entire opening season. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
We work in English, French and Arabic, and we say no to structures we would not sign ourselves.
Selected mandates
Client identities are withheld. Figures and timelines are real.
A consulting group invoicing EU clients needed a payment chain its customers' finance teams would accept without questions. We redesigned the contracting entity, the invoice format and the banking route.
An owner-operator held eight companies directly across two countries. We modelled a parent holding, mapped the exit-tax exposure of a residency move, and sequenced the reorganisation over three fiscal years.
A first-time operator signed a fast-food franchise with no industry background. We ran the financial model, incorporated the company, wrote the fit-out specifications, drove the permits, hired and contracted the team, and set up the supplier and POS accounts.
Before signature on a AED 1.7M off-plan unit, we reviewed the SPA clause by clause: payment schedule, handover penalties, developer escrow and the ownership vehicle.
Insights
Why the invoice format matters more than the bank, and the three checks a French finance department will run on you.
Day-counting is the easy part. Centre of economic interest is what actually decides your residency.
Who your clients are, where they sit, and whether you need a physical office — the choice follows from three questions.
